Our work incorporates and engages with multiple evidenced-based modalities including; Nature-Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, Family Systems Theory, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
We are informed and inspired by mindfulness, ecopsychology, neuroscience, nature, art, depth psychology, attachment theory, and exploring the impact of family and culture of origin.
We strive to be trauma-informed and offer a holistic, creative and individualized approach. We often encourage complementary health and wellness services, resources and support relevant to each individual, couple, family, and group system we work with.
The strength of the counseling relationship is the most important factor in successful therapy. We believe in supporting each individual's journey by exploring goodness of fit with individuals, even if it means being honest when it feels like a mismatch and providing assistance in finding what may be a better fit with another provider.
We are here to support individuals, couples, and families in increasing wellness by exploring values and behaviors, promoting characteristics and skills, and providing resources that improve their overall quality of life.

We provide nature/mindfulness-based interventions to address mental health and substance use disorders.
Our experienced counselors put your mental health and healing needs first. We strive to provide the highest quality support and evidenced-based effective therapeutic interventions. We humbly acknowledge our commitment to improve the health and personal sense of well-being to the best of our ability.
With our combined 20 years of clinical experience, we will access our combined knowledge and compassion to assess your specific personal health and wellness goals. This is done through the open and honest collaborative effort of everyone involved in order to generate the most effective individualized treatment planning. We also encourage multidisciplinary engagements to address any identifiable issues outside of the scope of our practice. We will do our best to encourage improvement as well as provide support whenever necessary.
Our counselors are open to incorporating our local natural settings into the counseling process. Outdoor hiking and foraging counseling excursions, retreat opportunities and group counseling services are available services.
As of this time, most appointments are conducted remotely using a HIPPA compliant video platform. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
